**About Cloud & Network Services**
Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Responsible for leading and coordination of Technical Management activities for a med/large scale complex project to secure that Nokia Networks does fulfill contractual commitment of System Acceptance and Network Launch in time with required quality measures. Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation services.
- Providing support for tendering related to technical and acceptance issues to win strong business cases
- Planning and execution project Technical Management task domains in a mid/large scale and complex projects
- Providing coaching and leading development actions within Technical Management.
KEY TASKS:
- Responsible for fulfilling deploy technical activities from delivery approach preparation through deployment, customer acceptance and Delivery to Care, while maintaining project targets (ex: KPI, Timelines, Acceptances, etc.)
- Identifies opportunities to expand contracts with the customer (example: network expansion, new features).
- Acceptance process planning, management and contractual alignment
- Network implementation planning and management
- Technical risk management for project work
- Acting as key interface for customer senior technical representatives
- End-to-end technical quality responsibility in project organization
- Act as coach for junior TMs
- System Acceptance Testing management and process development
- MVI Service management and development
- Initiating and developing processes being a key member of strategic development work in Technical Management
**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**
Specific competences Required:
Technical Manager must master BSS/OSS Integrations, Device Manager Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure. Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to execute projects E2E, including multi-domain platforms.
