Flavour Development Specialist Develop high-performing flavour solutions for food and beverage applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to align flavour development with customer needs. Collaborate with the team to formulate and test innovative flavour profiles, ensuring they meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Participate in product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing flavour performance and innovation to clients. Conduct sensory evaluations of raw materials as part of ongoing training and development, refining flavour perception and profiling skills. Maintain a working knowledge of global flavour regulations, labelling requirements, and compliance standards. Support senior flavourists in internal and external flavour development projects, contributing to concept creation and execution. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance expertise in flavour chemistry, raw material interactions, and formulation techniques. Key Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience in flavour development, preferably in savoury applications. Proven track record of successful commercial flavour creation and project management. Prior experience working with savoury flavour profiles is essential. Ability to lead flavour projects from concept to commercialization. Skilled in leveraging proprietary technologies to deliver differentiated flavour solutions. Strong troubleshooting and adaptability in dynamic environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English communication.
