Now, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team and help drive our next phase of innovation. Role Overview In this role, you will be a crucial contributor to our platform, designing and implementing features across the tech stack, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest security standards. You’ll have a chance to build impactful solutions that streamline staffing operations for our clients. Ideal Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Python. 5+ years of experience building web applications (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). 2+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue). Comfortable independently developing full‑stack features, from backend to frontend. Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. Experience with payments or fintech is preferred. Must be able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST). Interview Process Introductory Call 15-30 minutes Meet with a member of our team for a brief conversation about your background and the role. Technical Deep Dive 45-60 minutes Walk us through a feature or project you’ve built, focusing on code review, design decisions, improvements, and lessons learned.
