What you’ll do To further our momentum, we’re looking for a Small-Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive to join our high performance team in our journey to help everyone do business faster – and better. The Account Executive’s role is to bring Docusign to businesses and organisations by quarterbacking deals from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, is a relentless hunter, driving to win new business and has a strong track record of exceeding quota. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Commercial Sales SMB. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately and proactively Drive new business by prospecting and identifying opportunities within an assigned market or territory Sell additional products and services into existing accounts Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations Craft and negotiate proposals and contracts Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solution Engineers, and Account Managers, to drive adoption and usage Understand customer needs and align Docusign's solutions to solve business challenges Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law. What you bring Basic Proven sales experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally in B2B SaaS and technology Experience with managing complex sales cycles and closing deals Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite Preferred Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships Willingness to travel as needed Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
