The Opportunity Join our high‑performing LATAM sales team in São Paulo and drive explosive growth by building deep, trust‑based relationships with business leaders across Brazil. As a Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM), you will own the complete sales cycle, build a robust pipeline that consistently exceeds monthly quotas, and balance new‑logo acquisition with strategic account expansion to maximize revenue in your territory. What You’ll Do Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM accounts using outbound, inbound lead conversion, and partnership collaboration to exceed monthly new‑logo quotas. Promote and sell KnowBe4’s full product suite to existing customers, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that maximize account value. Create and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB/MM opportunities using diverse prospecting methods, lead cadence best practices, and compelling product demonstrations. Articulate KnowBe4’s value proposition with precision, understanding each organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, and roadblocks to accelerate sales cycles and increase win rates. Structure subscription levels, multi‑year agreements, and pricing negotiations strategically to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue while ensuring customer success and long‑term growth. Collaborate with Channel sales representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to coordinate account growth strategies and support renewal processes. You'll Excel Here If Minimum 2+ years of proven SMB/MM success with a record of quota achievement and territory growth in competitive markets. Background in SaaS sales with knowledge of subscription business models, recurring revenue metrics, and cloud-based solution positioning. Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity concepts and a genuine passion for helping organizations strengthen their human firewall. Fluent in Portuguese and strong English skills, enabling seamless communication with local customers and global teams. Hunter‑and‑farmer mentality that balances aggressive new‑business prospecting with strategic account expansion. Data‑driven mindset, using metrics to optimize performance, forecast accurately, and make strategic decisions that drive consistent quota over‑achievement. Self‑starting energy, motivated, energetic, and collaborative with minimal supervision. Adaptable professional who can work across different customer segments, sales channels, and market conditions.
