Overview

Business Analyst - BI & Insights will work with data engineering & Business teams to convert the data into meaningful & actionable insights. Create dashboards and analytics to support Sales, Order Execution, and Procurement processes. Location: Monterrey, N. L.


Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced, interactive data visualizations to support business decision-making using Power BI and Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate raw data into effective visual representations.
  • Apply data quality, data enhancement, and performance optimization practices across projects.
  • Participate in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration projects with IT/Data engineering teams.
  • Integrate data from various sources into Power BI and create customized KPIs and metrics for procurement, monitored through dashboards and reports.
  • Continuously improve data models and visualizations for existing dashboards and data models.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Experience in Sales / Order Execution / Procurement domain is an advantage.

What we look for

Bachelor of Engineering with 5 ~ 8 years of experience. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Snowflake, SQL working knowledge. Should have worked in Sales / Order Execution / procurement domain for at least 2 years.
