What to Expect

What is Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in hardscaping, construction, or building materials
  • Strong knowledge of hardscaping products and distribution channels
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a willingness to travel regionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in the building materials industry
  • Familiarity with industry trends and key players in the hardscape market
  • Relevant certifications in sales or management
