What to Expect- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase market share and boost revenue
- Build strong partnerships with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
- Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies for maximum impact
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in hardscaping, construction, or building materials
- Strong knowledge of hardscaping products and distribution channels
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a willingness to travel regionally
- Previous experience in the building materials industry
- Familiarity with industry trends and key players in the hardscape market
- Relevant certifications in sales or management
