Lead Graphic Designer We're seeking a skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to create engaging visuals and animations that drive product success. Key Responsibilities: Design product-driven graphics, animations, and illustrative elements for websites, pitch materials, and brand systems. Develop brand-aligned illustrations and visual systems that extend client assets across digital experiences. Design brand and sales collateral, including pitch decks, social graphics, reports, and client-facing documents for both digital and print applications. Storyboard and concept short animations that demonstrate product value or explain key interactions. Collaborate with UX, web, and motion leads to ensure visual consistency and seamless integration across site designs. Support design and production of brand collateral, pitch decks, social graphics, and internal marketing materials. Translate feedback from senior designers and clients into clear creative refinements. Stay current on visual, animation, and data-driven design trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team. Requirements: Proficiency in graphic design, animation, and data visualization tools. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative team. Strong communication and project management skills.
