**As a LATAM Service Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Provide the operational leadership needed to drive profitable service growth, including, but not limited to resource capacity planning, fulfillment strategy and customer support, with consistent and concise communications internally and externally.
- Direct supervision of the Product Visual Service Engineers.
- Provide KPIs in a timely fashion to allow senior management to monitor day-to-day activity and resource requirements.
- Ensure cost control and quality
- Attend product trainings and learn Video-endoscopes product repairs, being capable to diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and software problems. Technically guide the team in troubleshooting and repair with special focus on product technical changes or advancements.
- Implement Operation Safety Policy instructions and conduct service work in compliance with all HSE applicable regulations and employee safety practices
- Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance
- Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvements, particularly around processes where multiple functions are involved.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrate experience working in Industry role
- Previous Service or Commercial experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a Plus
- Able to travel 20% of the time to visit customers among others.
- Strong Computer skills with familiarity of MS Office products, and data analysis.
- Fundamental electronics and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairing skills.
- This Job will also require read/understanding schematic, and "Hands-on" work on the equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership, with a focus on change acceleration and process improvement
