Start ASAP. This role involves recruiting senior IT engineers for clients in Sweden, supporting relocation and visa processes, and working with a global recruiting team.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, including relocation planning and practical support.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruiting activities with colleagues across multiple countries (Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam).
  • Represent the company with a professional and responsive attitude, focused on successful hires and candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality standards and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, outgoing, and motivated with a positive attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to use a setback as motivation to improve.
  • Professional appearance and accountability; responsive and responsible.
Employment Details
  • Employment type: Full-time; Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; Minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Remote or at a co-working location of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD per month, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: 20 paid vacation days; paid holidays with preserved pay; travel and housing allowances; per diem; visa and relocation support (housing, tickets, and related arrangements).
