Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope. This position involves recruiting engineers to relocate to Sweden, with support from a global team and a Swedish delivery management team. Responsibilities
  • Find engineers ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage the recruitment process end-to-end in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate with the global recruiting team and the Swedish management team to support relocation and practical matters.
  • Identify and close recruitment requests, leveraging a solid network of local IT engineering talent.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for challenges.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Resilient, capable of taking a rejection and persisting to achieve results.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed approach to work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Professional appearance and a responsive, responsible attitude.
Employment Details
  • Location: Remote or from a co-working center of your choice.
  • Contract type: Full-time, long-term as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment, 20 paid vacation days, paid travel, housing, and per diem.
