Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT IndustryJoin to apply for the Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope.Job overview: Senior headhunter responsible for finding engineers who are prepared to relocate to Sweden, inform them about living and working benefits, and build trust with candidates.
You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish executive management team, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit software engineers and IT professionals for positions in Sweden.Build trust with candidates throughout relocation to Sweden, explaining benefits and handling practical relocation needs.Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Coordinate with the relocation team to arrange visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related logistics.Engage with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Contribute to an energetic team culture focused on helping engineers and their families establish a new career and life in Sweden.Adhere to Telescope's core values of joy, trust, and professionalism.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment within the IT sector or equivalent technical experience.Solid and proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset; dedicated to finding the best solutions.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English skills.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated.Resilient and persistent, able to stay motivated after setbacks.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
Full-time.
Long-term contract as a private entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Includes paid national holidays and 20 paid vacation days.
