Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. The role involves recruiting software engineers for positions in Sweden, supporting relocation and visa processes, and coordinating with a global team.
Responsibilities- Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
- Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.
- Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
- Identify and close recruitment requests for clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
- Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
- Represent Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience (please ensure this is documented in your CV).
- A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
- Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
- High quality and brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
- Upper intermediate English.
- Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
- Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
- Resilient, able to take a "no" as motivation to try harder.
- Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
- Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
- Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
- Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
- Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
- Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
- Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
