Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, build trust with suitable candidates, and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements.

Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. • Identify and recruit engineers in IT with a solid and proven local network.
• Provide service-oriented recruitment support with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
• Maintain high quality and brand awareness in recruitment activities.
• Understand or have interest in headhunting and in IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
• Collaborate with global recruiters and Swedish teams to move candidates to Sweden, including relocation logistics.
• Develop trust with candidates and communicate benefits of living and working in Sweden.
• Plan and execute recruitment work with colleagues across multiple countries.
• Represent a professional, responsive, and livingly positive image in all interactions.
• Manage candidate follow-through and close recruitment requests with attention to detail.
• Handle start-to-finish recruitment processes; ensure compliance and timely communication.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
• Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
• Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset.
• High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
• Resilient and persistent with the ability to turn a rejection into an opportunity.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed approach to work.
• Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

• Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
• Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.
• Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Benefits: Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
