**Business Analyst (f/m/x)**
in Mars Global Services
Location: Warsaw, city centre
Department: Supplier Quality Assurance

- The Business Analyst is responsible for creating detailed analysis of business processes, outlining problems and identifying digital opportunities and solutions for the SQA organization.**What are we looking for?**
- A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: IT, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or similar
- 1-2 years experience of relevant IT systems and process management activities
- Fluent English (C1 CEFR level)
- Commercial foundations
- Good skills in Process and Project Management
- Analytical Solution Design
- User centricity and knowledge of risk management preferable
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Analysing the digital needs of different regions and segments
- Structuring and prioritizing the demand from various stakeholders
- Supporting business case definition
- Monitoring of business benefits delivered
- Establishing proper reporting for digital solutions
- Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the solutions with business stakeholders
- Ensuring proper requirements engineering
- Creating AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios of business processes
- Building strong relationships with stakeholder across the regions and segments
- Working with internal and external customers to analyse the needs
- Following our competitors and the industry
- Working closely with the transactional team to identify opportunities
