Our organization seeks a talented candidate to assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting campus recruitment efforts.
- Key Responsibilities: Post job ads in multiple languages, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support campus recruitment activities.
- Candidate Care: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, visa procedures, and employee care activities.
- Training & Development: Assist with language and onboarding training, track effectiveness, and maintain records.
- Collaborative Efforts: Translate HR documents, support HQ-Brazil communication, and provide data for HR projects.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Languages: Advanced English required; Chinese is an asset.
- Education: Student or graduate in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or related fields.
- Skills: Knowledge of HR basics, Excel/PPT, HR systems; internship in MNCs preferred.
- Qualities: Cross-cultural adaptability, strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of Brazilian labor laws/culture.
