HR Development Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks to support campus recruitment efforts. This includes posting job ads in English, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and supporting the onboarding/offboarding process.
In addition to these tasks, the intern will also assist with language and onboarding training, track effectiveness and maintain records. Furthermore, the intern will translate HR documents from Portuguese to English, provide data for HR projects and support communication between headquarters and Brazil.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced English language skills, preferably with some knowledge of Chinese. A degree in Human Resources, Business, International Relations or related field is required. Relevant work experience in multinational companies is also highly valued.
Key qualities for this role include cross-cultural adaptability, strong communication skills, teamwork ability and knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and culture. Training opportunities are available through structured HR learning programs under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
