Human Resources Business Partner RoleJob Summary:This role involves collaborating with factory management to provide human resources solutions for supply chain expansion and direct-to-consumer business development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational needs, as well as the ability to lead local hiring and talent allocation strategies.Key Responsibilities:Partner with factory management to identify operational challenges and develop effective HR solutions.Lead the recruitment process for roles such as operators and quality inspectors, focusing on optimizing processes to reduce costs.Analyze workforce expenses, including salaries and benefits, and propose measures to minimize waste.Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and support innovation and after-sales service systems.Evaluate HR practices for adherence to Brazilian labor laws and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP.Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor regulations and local HR practices.Excellent data analysis and cost management skills, with ability to use HRIS systems.Fluent Portuguese language skills and English as a working language.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that allows you to grow professionally and personally.
