Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnership:
Collaborate with factory management to understand operational needs (e.G., production lines, capacity optimization), providing HR solutions for supply chain expansion and DTC business development
2. Recruitment and Staffing:
Lead local hiring for roles (e.G., operators, quality inspectors), optimizing processes to reduce recruitment costs;
develop talent allocation strategies based on labor data analysis
3. Labor Cost Control:
Monitor and analyze workforce expenses (e.G., salaries, benefits), proposing optimization measures to minimize waste;
contribute to compensation structure design, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations and group policies (priority focus).
4. Employee Relations and Development:
Handle conflicts, performance appraisals, and training programs to enhance local staff skills, supporting innovation and after-sales service systems.
5. Policy Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure HR practices adhere to Brazilian labor laws;
analyze HR metrics (e.G., turnover, productivity), generating reports for strategic decisions .

Qualifications:

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP;
prior experience in manufacturing or home appliance industry preferred (reference:
production lines in search result 7);
those with proven expertise in labor cost control (e.G., cost analysis, budgeting) are prioritized.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in Brazilian labor regulations and local HR practices.
- Strong data analysis and cost management skills, with ability to use HRIS systems for optimizing labor metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing cross-cultural team challenges.
- Language:
Fluency in Portuguese (essential);
English as a working language for effective cross-regional communication.
- Other:
Results-driven, adaptable to fast-paced environments;
experience in factory or supply chain operations is a plus .
