Basic Requirements Proven track record of successfully launching at least 2 production-grade products or major features with AI/ML as core functionality—prototypes and experiments are insufficient Demonstrated expertise managing the complete product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from initial concept through development to scaled deployment and optimization Established experience directing data science and ML engineering teams from a product leadership position, effectively translating technical capabilities into business value About IgniteTech World-class talent. 100% global remote. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
