**What you will contribute to**
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our global product positioning, go-to-market programs, and sales enablement resources for our entire product suite. You will research and define our buyers' challenges and business needs and will possess a passion for taking the sophisticated and making it simple through compelling storytelling. Working closely with our Product Management team you will ensure best in class go-to-market execution and an exceptional prospect and customer journey.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Define the highly differentiated positioning and go-to-market messaging for our entire product suite
- Partner with our Product Management teams to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages
- Create compelling sales materials and tools that make it easy for our sales and channel partners to understand our offerings and communicate them effectively
- Enable our sales teams through hands-on training sessions that allow them to be always up-to-date with the latest product narrative
- Support sales by delivering product presentations to key prospects and customers
- Create a feedback loop with Product Management to help identify and close any gaps in customer requirements and product functionality
- Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape that will allow our sales team to smoothly navigate to a successful sales outcome
- Support Demand Generation through materials and speaking slots for external events and with product related content for our digital channels, including production of webinars, blogs, infographics and thought leadership white papers
- Work closely with Product Management to plan and execute innovative and impactful product launch events for every major release
- Work with our Sales teams to translate their Account Based Selling research into compelling tools they can use to land and expand in their target account
**Requirements**:
Minimum
- Degree educated with a Mining related qualification
- Detailed knowledge across the Mining sector and the individual Mine and Plant processes
- Hands on experience in building Sales Presentations and story based Marketing collateral
- Strategic thinker able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Self-starter and team player
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Google Slides
Preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation tools
- Spanish language skills
- Prior experience in Product or Technical Marketing
