Sua Missão Desenvolver a estratégia e o planejamento do negócio principal, colaborando com diversas áreas para definir estratégias e principais iniciativas de melhoria. Resolver problemas, refletir e introduzir soluções inovadoras para impulsionar crescimento, aumentar receita e otimizar custos, incluindo estratégias de frete grátis, logística, marketing e despesas gerais. Planejar o impacto dessas iniciativas de longo prazo nos resultados de P&L (receita, custos e despesas). Aprofundar-se na resolução de problemas complexos, modelagem, discussões estratégicas e operacionais, e tomada de decisão. Gerenciar e desenvolver uma equipe de analistas de estratégia para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos, garantindo a conclusão de múltiplos projetos com alta qualidade e dentro do prazo. Descrição do Cargo Atividades diárias Auxiliar na realização de análises estratégicas e modelagem de negócios para fornecer insights valiosos; Colaborar na estruturação de iniciativas de negócios e apoiar processos decisórios; Monitorar desempenho organizacional, auxiliando em previsões e acompanhamento de indicadores críticos; Contribuir com atividades práticas de modelagem em planilhas e explorar abordagens inovadoras; Participar de projetos e iniciativas interdisciplinares, apoiando para alcançar resultados bem-sucedidos; Apoiar a implementação de soluções inovadoras para promover mudanças positivas; Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações, relatórios e dashboards para executivos. Requisitos Formação superior concluída ou em andamento em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Nível avançado em Microsoft Excel; Inglês fluente.
