Job Title: SAP Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP/SAP professional to join a project in Brazil.

  • This role involves developing and executing a unified change management strategy across the IT ecosystem.
  • The successful candidate will lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.
  • They will deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field.
  • Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology.
  • Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred).
