About this roleThis is a key position within our team, where you will be responsible for creating technology frameworks and providing technical leadership in support of customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation.The successful candidate will lead technical teams to achieve cloud transformation goals, coach team members, and drive solutions forward.Design and engineer systems using Microsoft CRM, Azure Features, and .net technologies.Gather business requirements from stakeholders and document them accurately.Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new business requirements and collaborate with business users to convert POCs into working models.Create process flows, system tasks, and customize/configure Microsoft CRM applications as per designed artifacts.Oversee the development/enhancement of Microsoft CRM applications and provide guidance to other developers in the team.Work closely with Quality Assurance teams during testing and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.Provide support for production systems and resolve business-critical issues within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).Evaluate tools and technologies that can improve business processes and benefit customers.Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to ensure main systems are up-to-date.Create/manage dynamics sandbox/production environments in Power Platform based on project needs.Review implementation design/architecture proposed by implementation teams and provide recommendations to ensure best practice guidelines are followed for Dynamics 365.Plan/support Dynamics 365 releases across multiple divisions and apply changes.Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure stage-based approvals.Support production systems and resolve business-critical issues reported by project teams.Configure/integrate systems with D365 and Azure integrations.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)Familiarity with multiple diverse technologies and processing environmentsKnowledge of all components of technical architectureAzure expertise.NET technologies knowledgeDevOps pipeline understandingPower Platform experienceIntegration skills (D365 & Azure)Patch & Release Management skillsTechnical Leadership skillsProduction Support skillsGovernance & Best Practices knowledgeBenefits and OpportunitiesWe offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting a healthy balance between your work and personal life.We are committed to your growth, offering learning and career development opportunities at all levels to help you find your unique brilliance.Contact InformationPlease note that we do not accept unsolicited resumes or inquiries about this job opening.If you are interested in exploring this opportunity further, please follow our company's application process as outlined on our website.
