Senior Genesys Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Genesys Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a Genesys Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing call flow architectures, integrating with Salesforce and other systems, and providing top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design Call Flow Architectures: Develop and implement effective call flow architectures using Genesys Framework and Architecture.
- Integration with Salesforce and Other Systems: Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce, Genesys APIs, PCI PAL, and other systems.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide expert-level support and maintenance for Genesys Cloud infrastructure.
- Advanced English Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Advanced English.
- SIP Protocols and Genesys Framework: Good understanding of SIP Protocols, Genesys Framework, and Architecture.
- Reporting Components: Knowledge of reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights.
- Troubleshooting Experience: Good troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructure.
- Genesys Products: Good understanding of Genesys Products, including Design Call-Flow Architect/ Script/ Data Actions/ Data table.
- Gateway Protocols: Knowledge of gateway protocols: SIP and MGCP.
- ITIL Knowledge: Good ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change & Configuration Management.
