Expert Oracle Cloud Support Specialist

Senior Cloud SpecialistWe are seeking a Senior Cloud Specialist to join our global team.
As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services for the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless functionality of the accounts receivable and billing modules.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve tickets within established deadlines.Support and maintain accounts receivable, customer, invoicing, and payments modulesResolve tickets in a timely manner, collaborating with suppliers and internal teamsProvide assistance during monthly accounting close processes in LATAM, USA, and APAC regionsConduct regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environmentMaintain compliance with SOX requirements and document alignment with ITIL standardsLead support operations focusing on quality, communication, and continuous improvementImplement best practices using ServiceNow and GitLab toolsEngage with Oracle engineering teams and other delivery areas for effective integrationsRequired Skills and QualificationsFunctional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivables, Customers, Collections, and BillingKnowledge in capturing tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOMUnderstanding of Brazilian taxation applied to billing and accounts receivableExperience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generationProficiency in tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDiClear and objective communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishProactivity, collaborative work, and results-oriented mindsetExperience in at least 3 complete cycles of Oracle Cloud implementationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fieldBenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career in cloud computing.
