Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading cloud implementations and support projects, working closely with end users and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have broad experience in cloud implementations and support, as well as experience in leading Oracle cloud support projects.
Additionally, they should have a good understanding of global support models and be able to work independently with customers.You will be responsible for collaborating with the Global Support team located in India and working with Oracle on service requests.
