Objetivos desta função• Atender os clientes gerenciando informações e transações financeiras de maneira organizada, eficiente e segura• Conscientizar sobre novos produtos e serviços e identificar oportunidades de negócios que atendam às necessidades do cliente• Atender e superar os padrões de serviço, excedendo as expectativas dos clientes• Trabalhar com especialistas financeiros para juntos levar as melhores soluções financeiras aos clientes.

Responsabilidades• Gerenciar contas de clientes, incluindo abertura, fechamento e transações• Identificar as necessidades dos clientes, fornecer informações sobre novos produtos e serviços, resolver problemas de conta e direcionar os clientes a especialistas financeiros, conforme necessário• Executar tarefas administrativas, como inserir dados em CRM

Habilidades e qualificações exigidas• Dois ou mais anos de experiência em vendas e atendimento ao cliente• Fortes habilidades de escuta e atendimento ao cliente

Habilidades e qualificações diferenciaisCertificação em mercado financeiro• Bacharelado (ou equivalente) em finanças, negócios ou áreas afins• Experiência em upsell, cross sell e recomendação de produtos
