Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our seasonal department. You will play a vital role in supporting the design team by creating tech packs, managing product data, and organizing visual assets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and creative environment, contributing to the success of our seasonal product lines.


This position is purely administrative, no creative work is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a design-related role or a strong understanding of visual design principles.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.


Responsibilities

  • Creating tech packs of approved designs
  • Setting up approved items into PL system and Monday
  • Inputting tech packs (once completed) into Monday
  • Organize and categorize photos from shopping trips by season and trend
  • Develop and maintain design presentations (PDFs and PowerPoints)
  • Setting up development charts while we are designing
  • Assisting in designing seasonal assets.
  • Setting up design templates.

  • Discord: Categories and Channels
  • Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive for Desktop
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
  • Discord: Categories and Channels
  • Hubstaff: Web App and Desktop App
  • Zoom: Meetings and Breakout room


Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new internal design software (PL system, Monday.com)
  • Ability to create tech packs.
  • Previous experience working with licensed brands.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Previous experience working with American Clients. Professional English Level.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
