Atividades:
Provide specialized legal advice on competition issues, including mergers and acquisitions, business practices, strategic partnerships, and regulatory investigations.
Monitor and interpret changes in competition laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Commercial and Operations departments, to ensure legal and ethical business practices.
Conduct internal training on competition laws and antitrust practices for employees and leadership teams.
REQUIREMENTS: Law degree with a specialization in Competition Law, Corporate Law, or related fields.
Active registration with the Bar Association.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in legal positions, focusing on competition and antitrust.
Deep knowledge of competition laws and regulations, including Brazilian and international legislation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Experience in corporate environments or large law firms is preferred.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
