Strategic Pricing Analyst - Remote Work Join our team at BairesDev, a leading technology company delivering cutting-edge solutions to global clients. As a Strategic Pricing Analyst, you will design and execute data-driven pricing strategies to ensure competitive, consistent, and commercially sound rates across our diverse client base. What You’ll Do Prepare and validate rate proposals for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with pricing logic and commercial best practices. Conduct research and analysis to support pricing recommendations and strategic decisions. Maintain accurate, organized pricing data and develop reporting to monitor trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Staffing, Client Services, and Management to ensure pricing consistency and informed decision-making. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support business objectives and margin optimization. Approve new openings aligned with the general objectives of sales and the company. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in related roles. Experience in technology industries is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English. Benefits 100% remote work (from anywhere).
