Talent Acquisition Expertise Wanted We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to join our LATAM team. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will be responsible for strategic hiring across Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAM. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomes. Proactively source using Recruiter and other tools to build strong, diverse pipelines. Analyze talent market research to inform strategy (competitors, compensation, availability). Own candidate experience with timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow. Utilize AI and recruiting technology to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnel. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (DEI, interview calibration, talent analytics). Requirements: 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across Engineering, Product, and GTM. Proven success hiring in LATAM and advising senior stakeholders with data-driven insights. Fluent English and Spanish; expert stakeholder management and candidate engagement. Strong sourcing skills with Recruiter and modern TA technology; ATS proficiency (Workday a plus). High ownership, great judgment, and comfort running multiple searches independently. Nice to Have: Portuguese proficiency. Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-driven environments. Familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms and talent analytics.
