O que você irá fazer:
- Estabelecer e manter políticas e padrões para governança de dados de
ponta a ponta
- Definir processos operacionais de governança de dados (por exemplo
medição de qualidade de dados) de acordo com políticas e padrões, articulando claramente funções e responsabilidades
- Monitorar e medir a conformidade com padrões e processos
- Apoiar sessões de trabalho de domínio de dados, definindo a agenda e
preparando documentos de apoio
- Resolva problemas de governança entre BUs e encaminhe conforme necessário
- Crie, gerencie e facilite um processo de Governança de Política de Dados
para identificar e entender os problemas críticos de dados e garantir a
aplicação e conformidade da política de dados
- Garantir que mecanismos de governança estejam em vigor para monitorar e
controlar o acesso aos dados
- Realizar sessões de treinamento com os administradores de dados sobre a
política, padrões e processos
- Coordene com os Data Stewards para cada domínio para atingir as metas
definidas no gerenciamento de dados do grupo
- Dados de suporte com comunicação das principais prioridades de governança
e sucessos em toda a empresa, conforme necessário

- Altamente habilidoso em facilitar e construir consenso entre diversos
grupos de partes interessadas
Compreensão demonstrada dos conceitos de governança de dados
Habilidades demonstradas de parceria com parceiros técnicos e não
técnicos, incluindo liderança sênior
- Inglês avançado;
