You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.**A Day in the Life**:In this exciting role as our new Strategic Accounts Manager, you will establish trusted partnerships with our most important customers. You will be responsible for developing Administrative and C-Suite relationships and driving Medtronic’s product and market share by developing specific strategies that leverage the breadth of Medtronic’s portfolio while delivering unique value to meet the account’s needs.This role will be based in São Paulo and will be a hybrid setup. You will be accountable for building and leading cross functional team collaboration with internal partners (such as Operating Units, Integrated Health Solutions, Functions and Centers Of Excellence), understanding the value of Medtronic products and services, and negotiating on behalf of Medtronic. The Strategic Accounts Manager will also be responsible for understanding their assigned account’s strategic priorities and providing solutions to meet customer needs.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:- Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities- Develop and drive appropriate portfolio management strategies in collaboration with the Business Units to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners- Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account- Develop, communicate, and implement business plans to achieve strategic target business results- Identify and develop ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts**Required Knowledge and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferably), science, medicine or equivalent- At least 5 years of strong business management experience in managerial roles- Fluency in EnglishFluency in Spanish and a Post Graduate degree in marketing or business administration are nice to have.**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.**Benefits & Compensation**:**Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package**A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
