Overview

This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, perform research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting. You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.

Responsibilities
  • Underwrite new acquisitions.
  • Conduct research on relevant variables.
  • Run forward-looking projections and analyze past reporting.
  • Collaborate with the executive team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in the Finance field
  • A University Degree in the finance field
  • Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forecasts, etc)
  • Experience in the real estate or private equity industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in project management tools
Requirements
  • Extremely skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Typing speed 50+ words per minute
  • Ability to work on US time zone
  • A clean and professional remote work environment
  • Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer
Compensation

$1,250 - $2,000 per month depending on experience.

Details
  • Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
  • Client has a desire for long term commitment.
  • Year round position without significant seasonality.
