Prospectar e qualificar leads, identificando o fit com a empresa;

Realizar o primeiro contato com os leads (ligação/WhatsApp) de forma rápida;

Levantar informações essenciais para avaliar o potencial do cliente (tipo de imóvel, valor da conta, tipo de telha, medidor e forma de pagamento);

Realizar simulações de financiamento em plataformas bancárias;
-
Entender e contornar objeções dos potenciais clientes;
-
Agendar reuniões entre leads qualificados e o time de Closers;
-
Garantir a organização das informações no CRM (Safeleads) e nas agendas dos vendedores;
-
Enviar informações completas das visitas confirmadas para o vendedor responsável;

Manter a comunicação com o time de Marketing para melhorar a qualidade dos leads.
