- Train staff on financial document review and approval processes
- Assist in compliance with award guidelines and funding policies
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of budget management and grant administration
- Ability to conduct training and develop training materials
- Experience in performing audit functions and financial analysis
- Previous experience in higher education financial management
- Familiarity with Uniform Guidance and Penn State grant policies
- Strong analytical skills for data compilation and forecasting
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
