LATAM Enterprise Sales Leader – Based in Brazil Opportunity to lead growth and expand our presence in Brazil for iNet, a global provider of remote communication solutions. About The Role We seek an Enterprise Sales Leader to deliver business growth, cultivate key partnerships, and drive revenue expansion in Brazil. The successful candidate will reside in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo. Key Responsibilities Grow existing global enterprise customer accounts into Brazil and close new regional enterprise customer accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, IT leaders, and industry partners. Identify customer needs and communicate high‑value solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead and efficiently close contract negotiations. Collaborate across functions to ensure fit‑for‑purpose solution design, integration, and delivery. Monitor market trends and competitors to advocate product and market opportunities. Build, mentor, and guide a high‑performing sales team. Maintain internal relationships across functional and global regions. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales leadership, preferably in industrial and resource technology sectors. Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively. Track record of success in securing high‑value contracts and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish preferred.
