¿Qué hace un Business Analyst en redbee?- Analizan y documentan las diferentes características de un producto, considerando tanto aspectos de negocio como técnicos.
- Conocen y aplican buenas prácticas al definir un backlog y documentar historias de usuario.
- Facilitan y participan activamente en reuniones para entender requerimientos.
- Trabajan en conjunto con el equipo de desarrollo.
- Ayudan al cliente y al equipo a definir el alcance en un marco ágil, siempre con foco en el objetivo del producto.
- Actualizan las prioridades del product backlog según el roadmap, negociando con el Product Owner.
- Atienden dependencias que puedan impactar en el objetivo del proyecto.
- Incentivan al equipo a participar activamente en los refinamientos.
- Conocen el concepto de esfuerzo relativo y participan en las estimaciones aplicando dicho concepto.
- Experiencia documentando y realizando historias de usuario, diagramas UML.
- Capacidad para moderar reuniones efectivas.
- Gran entendimiento de la definición de un servicio y capacidad para testearlo con herramientas específicas.
- Entendimiento de la arquitectura de sistemas (es una ventaja).
- Habilidad para realizar el rebanado de funcionalidades.
- Capacidad analítica y habilidades de negociación que sorprendan.
- Conocimiento de técnicas como story mapping, impact mapping, bocetado, etc.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
