We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst (Mid‑Level) – an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in a hybrid position based in San Pablo. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CRM functional designs and workflows. Model processes and data using BPMN/UML, ensuring alignment with CRM architecture. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define the CRM roadmap and business priorities. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and business performance. Create user stories, test cases, and support UAT to validate CRM features. Promote CRM adoption, supporting change management and user enablement. Lead or support CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and quality. Requirements 3+ years of experience in CRM consulting or business analysis, preferably with Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong business acumen and ability to design CRM solutions that drive measurable value. Excellent communication skills and experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels. Proven ability to work in agile environments and cross‑functional teams. Experience in change management and promoting user adoption. Relevant certifications or training in CRM, Business Analysis, or Project Management are a plus. Fluent in Portuguese and English; experience in a multicultural environment is highly valued.
