Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Participar ativamente de refinamentos, propondo critérios de aceite testáveis e identificando riscos de qualidade desde as etapas iniciais
  • Criar e manter planos de teste abrangentes
  • Desenvolver e manter testes automatizados para APIs e frontends, alinhando a automação aos fluxos críticos do produto
  • Realizar testes de integração, validação de dados e testes end-to-end, com foco na cobertura real dos sistemas
  • Identificar e antecipar problemas de qualidade, atuando de forma proativa na mitigação de falhas e na sustentação da plataforma
  • Colaborar com desenvolvedores, POs e demais stakeholders para garantir a qualidade contínua durante todo o ciclo de vida do software
  • Avaliar continuamente ferramentas, métodos e métricas de QA, propondo melhorias aderentes às boas práticas de mercado
  • Apoiar a estruturação da área de QA dentro da squad, ajudando a definir processos, boas práticas e padrões de qualidade
  • Ser referência técnica para perfis menos experientes, colaborando no crescimento da equipe e da cultura de qualidade
  • Contribuir na definição e implementação de estratégias de testes em ambientes distribuídos, garantindo confiabilidade, rastreabilidade e reprodutibilidade das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificações
  • Automação de testes em Flutter (app mobile) com ferramentas como Flutter Driver ou Appium
  • Experiência com testes em dispositivos móveis reais ou emuladores
  • Conhecimento avançado em automação de testes com Java e Cypress
  • Experiência com frameworks de teste como Rest Assured, Cucumber e TestNG, ou similares
  • Conhecimento avançado em banco de dados SQL para criação de massa de dados e validação
  • Domínio de Git, Gitflow e integração com CI/CD pipelines
  • Conhecimentos básicos em testes de performance (JMeter ou K6)
  • Expertise em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Familiaridade com ambientes em nuvem (preferencialmente AWS), incluindo design e execução de testes em ambientes distribuídos e escaláveis.
