Global Electrolux Talent Program (GET)

This program connects young talent across various functions and global offices, providing international experience in a multicultural environment with the potential for long-term employment upon successful completion.

Role: Quality Data Engineer

You will support the Group Quality PMO’s digital transformation by analyzing and improving consumer experience data from platforms like field service and customer feedback. Based in Curitiba, you will collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and specialists.

What You’ll Gain

Responsibilities
  • Analyze consumer experience data from service interactions and feedback systems
  • Create reports and dashboards to highlight insights
  • Collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work on digital use cases like text analytics and sentiment analysis
  • Support data quality initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Engage with the global quality data community
Candidate Requirements
  • Curious, analytical, and passionate about consumer satisfaction
  • Strong communicator and team player in multicultural settings
  • Organized, self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities
