RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintaining relationships: Serving as a second point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  2. Providing support: After-sales support to retain clients and responding to client queries, communication with clients and departments (sales, operation, account receivables).
  3. Promoting services: Understanding the company's services, suggesting company services to clients, and following up on opportunities.
  4. Reporting: Providing regular reports to managers on the status of accounts and controlling and updating dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

  1. Communication and interpersonal abilities.
  2. Ability to write emails professionally and politely.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM.
  4. Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  5. Relationship building.
  6. Adaptability and flexibility.

NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Experience with customer service.
  2. Knowledge of Zoho Desk or similar customer service management systems.
