LG Electronics LATAM is looking for a Tax Specialist to join our legal team, focusing on tax litigation and strategic tax matters. We seek a professional with solid technical expertise, business insight, and alignment with LG’s corporate values. Location : São Paulo (100% on-site) Responsibilities Manage tax litigation cases (CIT, IPI, and ICMS) from administrative to judicial stages; Perform technical and strategic tax analyses, proposing solutions and reporting to leadership; Manage CND renewal processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations; Monitor tax trends and rulings (STJ, STF, Tax Reform), identifying opportunities and mitigating risks; Share cases and best practices with internal legal teams and external partners. Requirements Law degree and active OAB registration; Minimum 5 years of experience in tax law with a focus on litigation. Proven experience leading tax litigation cases (CIT, IPI, ICMS); Experience managing CND processes and working with external law firms; Analytical skills and autonomy to solve tax issues; Fluent English (mandatory); Certification or specialization in Tax Law is a plus. Desired Knowledge Strong knowledge of CIT (including Manaus ZFM), TP, ICMS, PIS / COFINS, IPI, and II; Knowledge of tax planning and compliance is a plus.
