Job Title: Tax Structure Specialist The primary function of this position is to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border tax laws, as well as exceptional leadership skills to drive policy implementation. The key responsibilities include: Developing Tax-Efficient Solutions Conducting Comprehensive Tax Due Diligence Ensuring Contractual Compliance Leading Responses to Tax Audits To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of tax regulations and be able to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including investment and M&A transactions, and contribute to the development of tax policies that support the organization's growth strategy.
