So, if you thrive in an agile culture but want the solidity of a storied and commanding brand, come join us**Responsibilities**:- Create and perform tests to identify software problems- Analyze and describe bugs and errors found during tests- Document results of tests for product and software development team- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test coverage plans and cases- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements**Required Skills**:- Proven work experience in software quality assurance, in-depth technical support (tier 2 or above) or similar function- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases- API related tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process- Exceptional attention to detail- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Good oral and written communication skills- Great team player and able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision- English and PortugueseDesired Skills- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools- Software programming languages and development- Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP- Being able to skillfully query relational and non-relational databases- Experience with performance and/or security testing- Experience in Cypress
