Job Title: Workday Techno-Functanal Location: Remote, Brazil Employment Type: Contract About the Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled technologist to join our team. With over a decade of experience in IT staffing, we specialize in connecting top talent with leading organizations. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues. • Gather and document business requirements and functional designs. • Perform data analysis and regression testing. • Act as Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security). • Maintain knowledge base and response catalog. • Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end-to-end support. Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of Workday functional/techno-functional experience Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes Hands-on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations Experience in payroll support and production issue resolution Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.
