Are you experienced in working with a high pression environment?We’re looking for an Wealth Management Operations lead to support the production of client reports, client portfolios and investment funds operational routines, for the Wealth Management business. This includes:- generates the reports that are sent to customers (On-Shore and Off-Shore);- input client transactions (funds, bonds, equities, etc) in the system- corporate Actions controls- price Validation- NAV validation- participate in Internal & External audit assisting the Managers- participate in projects- work with Front Office, Portfolio managers, as well as partnering with Group Finance, Group Risk, Group Technology and Operations.**Your team**You’ll be working in our Operations team in Sao Paulo. As a leader, you’ll play an important role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients and with a potential opportunity to manage people.**Your expertise**- bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or another related field- ideally +5 years of equivalent work experience in a middle/back office or operations role- solid process review skills- managing people experience- demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a team environment and meet commitments with all levels of management- fluent English**About us**UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
