This is a fully remote position at a fast-growing digital design and development agency, full of awesome people and exciting e-commerce projects This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where you’ll work with long‑form video content and turn it into short‑form videos and social posts across different platforms. You don’t need to be the most experienced person in the world, we like to invest in people :) Note: This is an execution‑focused role, not a strategy or influencer position. Systems, templates, and clear workflows will be provided. What you will do Edit long‑form YouTube videos Cut long videos into short‑form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) Adapt content for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, captions) Create Instagram feed posts using provided templates (quotes, carousels, clips) Write captions Schedule all content using social media scheduling tools Follow established systems, templates, and workflows Organize files, timelines, and content libraries Ensure content is clean, consistent, and published on time Collaborate asynchronously with the team in English What you’ll get 100% remote, forever Salary up to 500-800USD per month Courses and educational incentives to grow your skills Paid 15 days off every year , anytime, anywhere Flexible hours Birthdays off Friday game nights with the team Learning everything there is about eCommerce content and marketing Getting to know how a remote digital agency works from the inside and out The potential to help improve content workflows and processes What you’ll need Have proven experience editing videos and making social media content Not being afraid of repetitive and execution‑heavy work Strong attention to detail and consistency The consistent capacity of 40 hours weekly (full time) Fluent English reading and writing (spoken English is a plus) Previous remote or office work experience Being familiar with video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar) Being familiar with tools like Slack, Notion/Asana, G‑Suite (or willing to learn) Comfort working with templates and predefined systems Learning and adapting fast Common sense (solving problems on your own) Being accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership) Owning a PC/laptop with fast, stable, and reliable internet Speak Spanish or Portuguese Know how to do motion graphics Here is how to apply Fill out the hiring form for this specific role (set aside 5 minutes for this): If there is a fit, we will reach out with a few practical exercises related to content editing and repurposing If that goes well, we’ll do a final interview with the team and make a decision We are trying to hire within 3 weeks from today , so try to move fast.
