The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, including transaction reconciliation, financial reporting, and process improvement. We are seeking an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing financial reports, and identifying areas for process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and external contacts. A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards is essential for this role. Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and contributing to month-end close processes. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Audit Support: Prepare requested audit documentation and schedules, and serve as a key contact for auditor inquiries. **Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
